A bit of bad news......Rio line dilemna.

Yesterday while on the Upper Manistee in the bug water, we were throwning streamers. I used a Rio full sink that I bought at the expo for the first time and it literally peeled itself. I have no idea how or why it happened. I was in the front of the boat when I wasn't on the oars and it didn't get stepped on or wrapped...it may have had some cracks in it before I started fishing. Any ideas or anyone else with similar problems?

And no...no fish in the boat, but we turned about a 1/2 dozen pigs, one hooked and lost. There are some pretty big fish in that ditch. :D

I don't know what rio is doing but it has at times a few years ago been some of the best line I have thrown as far as longevity but lately I have had some of the same happen. I have called rio and they have sent out a replacement for me. If you still have the reciept send it in they will replace it if it was a short time.

I called them on Monday and had my new line on Wednesday....
