Did a little icefishing on the lake tonight and pulled up some beauties!

Attaching a little bluegill 10 1/2" love here :)

What a hog!!!! Gotta love bluegills through the ice. We caught thousands of them as kids. We fished all - the -time in the winter.

Nothing better than some bluegill fillets with some eggwash and then dipped in flour and pan fried!!! Its like eating these delectible little potato chips, you want to eat the whole plate!!! Great pictures, now I'm hungry

It makes for a little more of an exciting winter....fishing in my backyard and tying flies....its better than watching TV :)

What did you get that on if I mite ask. While butching deer today my nephew told me off his buddy this week end pulled a 12.50 inch redear threw the hole.

If he kept it, depending on the size he may want to get with the DNR....could be a new state record in MI! Current redear is 1lb 15.5oz :)

I have been using a white/pink tear drop with wax worms. I was out again tonight and did decent...got out a bit late but the beer was still cold and the company was good!
