Still available, have had quite a few responses to posting. The cabin is in very good condition....I have no worries about living in it year round. If I could figure out how to post pictures here I would. Email me and I can send photos, I will be back up in Baldwin the 3rd weekend of March if anyone wants to see the interior. You are more than welcome to walk around it. Motion detectors will set off the flood lights, but the alarm wont go off.
