Zonker Strips or X-Cross Cut?

I am tying some egg sucking bunny leaches and some flesh flies....is there a difference between zonker strips and X Cut rabbit strips?

Cross cut is what you use to wrap around the shank of the hook to make a body...

Zonker strips are what you lash to the hook to make a tail...

What he said. You'll want both for ESLs. Use a zonker strip for the tail and palmer a cross cut on the shank from back to front.
