we stayed there last year - and were VERY unimpressed with the place. i have seen a few tents at the campsites more accommodating. while any competition leaving, is bad for the consumer - seems they are just hanging their hat on the ***** name. you would think if ***** paid attention they would want to have their name represented a little bit better. kind of hope the rumor is true and maybe get something w/ a bit more class to take its place.

Please, I don't want any negative comments about the PM Lodge. For that matter, I don't want any negative comments about any other stores on this forum. Everybody up here trying their hand at the tough fishing business is just trying to eek out a living doing something they enjoy. That being said, I don't believe the PM Lodge is going out of business, but it is for sale. That's probably where your rumor started and ended up being "going out of business". Although, I don't know if a new owner would keep it a full fly shop or just stick with lodging. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Either way, I wish Peter Yoon (current owner) nothing but the best and also any new owners. With the way the tourism business has been the last 3 years, I'd also have to add "good luck". :)

I was just wondering, does anyone know how much PM Lodge is, or where its listed for sale. I am not interested, mostly curious about the property and what the business is being sold for.

The rumor is the asking price is 1.6 million. I am not sure who the broker is but possibly Sean McDonald....

...out as a "long term" investment? I've got a few ideas! :D (Just send me a serious PM if so, no joking!)
