Which is the better overall river?

its hard to beat the trophy water of the Ausable, and i think that the "Holy" water of the manastee around yellow tree to be the best trout fishing in the state, but thats my oppinion

I've got a special place in my heart just for the PM. But the Au Sable is not slouch.

The PM has better fishing (especially for steel)...But I would probably vote for the Au Sable because it has more character (riffles & runs) as opposed to the flatter water of the PM. That being said, they both rock:D
