Hey going to purchase a new pistol have decided to get the new .40 cal semi auto springfield xd was wondering if anyone has spent some time at the range with this gun. Does it have a tendency to jam and so on. Would appreciate any info.Thanks

I have the .45 ACP and I love it. No problems what so ever. Easy to take down to clean and nice to carry.

I have a car p9. Is how most pronounce the gun. Light weight easy to carry no safty button or leaver it's in the trigger like a glock but lighter weight pull and smaller frame and better sights than it brother glock. Of course this is all personal opinion ,fit and price. Like my instructor said "when trying to conseal a handgun they don't make one small enought.When someone is shooting at you they don't make one big enought and it dosen't have enought rounds or to many extra clips". Good luck if your in the Detroit area goto The Firingline in Westland ,Mi. range and gun store. They have many you can rent or try before you buy. :)
