Very helpful video clip - butcher your deer yourself

I found this last year (don't even remember how and where I found it) and it was a very helpfull tool for someone like me, who has never done it before.

I had to laugh, though, in the beginning when he said the muzzleloading opener was a cold a blustery day. He had a ball cap on and no gloves!
