First time Hex

First time writing in the forum....I am considering coming up to Baldwin in the next couple weeks for a night or two to try my luck at fishing the Hex hatch. I would love some advice on where and when too start my Hex fishing experience. Are there any weather conditions that I need to try to avoid besides rain? Is this cooler weather in the evenings hurting the quality of the hatch? Also are there any camp sites near the river to crash after fishing? I plan to start at the shop and hopefully get some good advice to make the trip more fruitful. Any advice would be much appreciated....

We need some warmer weather. Water is in pretty good shape as far as levels and clarity. It has been getting pretty cold at night and that has slowed things down quite a bit. I think the long range forecast shows warmer temps and that should help a bunch...... There is quite a bit of Drake action but, then again they don't always fall.... I was out early today on a teaching trip and did not see much of anything. A bunch of musquitoes when it warmed up....
