Tying-up some Early Back Stoneflies and some of the patterns I've read call for weighting the hook with lead wire. I use a chuck-and-duck rig for fishing on the PM. Should I weight the Stoneflies or go un-weighted?

I have caught more Steelhead with weighted nymphs and always tied them with weight. Most often nymphing you will be fishing close to the bottom so the extra weight helps keep the fly in that zone.

Now for Trout trailing rigs or droppers; I use both depending on the depth I want the dropper nymph to be in the water.

Good luck and use some imagination with those patterns.

I almost always weight my nymphs, definately stones.I usually use a synthetic dubbing that really floats and with no weight I'd be nearly floating the fly at the surface.

If you're CND'ing, then you shouldn't need weight to get it down unless your leader is extraordinarily long. My .02,
