Only got up to the PM a few times this spring, but I noticed something a bit fishy. About half of the fish I caught had the right pec clipped. I've caught fish with the same clippings in the past out of the PM, but never in the abundance I did this year. Usually we'll only get a couple/year like that. Anybody notice anything similar?

Nope, but I did notice last weekend that their were an aweful lot of little steelies running round 6" - 10"
I didn't do so hot on the Steelhead this on the PM, but all the trips were well worth it.

Completely gone? The ones I caught on the Betsie were missing their right pecs. Wonder if they were just all right handed and wore them off digging in the gravel?
All my fish caught this year were fin clipped except for a littel female caught out of the big m. I wanted to release her but she broke her gill plate when I was taking a picture of her. Not such a smart fish
